Return or exchanged conditions for products with quality problem

About return: Items that can be returned/refunded within 7 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:

-Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.

-Items received in the incorrect size/color (refers to inconsistent with the size and color when you placed the order)

We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
Washed, worn, used, or misused items.

Notice: Slight color difference should be acceptable due to the light and screen.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: swimwear, underwear on sale

About exchange: Items with the quality problem can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving. (the customer just needs to make up for the shipping fee.)

If it goes beyond 7 days, the customer needs to contact and negotiated with our customer service to determine whether it can be resent. If we agree to resend, the customer needs to pay a certain resend fee. (the resend fee consist of a resending charge and shipping fee.)

Warm tips: Please check the item(s) in time after receiving the parcel, and contact us within 7 days of receiving if you come across a quality problem. In the meantime, please describe which item(s) you like to return or exchange and the reason for your return and exchange. Attach picture(s) for quality problems.

Exchange conditions for products with non-quality problems

Non- quality problems include: the wrong size you choose, style not like, etc.

Exchange process: the customer needs to negotiate with our customer service to determine whether it can be resent and the corresponding resend fee( the resend fee consist of the handling fee and shipping fee.)

Warm tips: To avoid the unnecessary trouble of exchanging, we suggest that every customer confirm the size and style carefully before placing the order.

TAKE SUGGESTIONS
- Professional suggestions will be offered. And our service team will provide you with detailed instructions.

RETURNS THE GOODS
- Put the item(s) in the original packaging and send it through the local post office.

REFUND OR EXCHANGED
- Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the refund or exchange based on our return conditions.

-Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

-We do not accept returned items sent back directly without our Return Staff assessment or go signal. Make sure to check returns with our staff first.

-Once the returned merchandise is received your money will be refunded back to you. STYLESOCK cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to stylesock.com. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you


You may return your eligible item to us within 30 days from the date you received the item. But we are sure you will love what you get.

 A tracking number is required to complete the return. It will facilitate for us to track your return status and process your return. 

  • Refunds

Refunds will be processed within approximately 2 to 5 business days after we receive your return. Usually, refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take a longer time to arrive.

1.The shipping back charges are non-refundable.
2.Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
3.Except for quality issues, special merchandise does not participate in the return policy.
