Return & Refund Policy

At STYLESOCK, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.

Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed for shipment within 24 hours of being placed and cannot be changed after this time. Order changes and cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours, provided the order has not been fulfilled. If you need to change your order, please contact us via our customer service email.

Refunds or Exchanges

1. Refund or exchange for products with a quality problem

Items that can be refunded/exchanged within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria below: 

-Faulty items damaged/broken.

-Items received in the incorrect size/color (refers to inconsistent with the size and color when you placed the order).

Refund/Exchange process: We would like to make it right by offering you the option to either receive a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us at service@stylesock.com to initiate the return process, and if you have any questions or concerns.

No need to return the damaged item received. Simply take a photograph/video and send it to service@stylesock.com. Once we receive the photograph/video, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Warm tips: If it goes beyond 30 days, the customer needs to contact and negotiate with our customer service to determine whether it can be resent. If we agree to resend, the customer needs to pay a certain resend fee. (The resend fee consists of a resend charge and shipping fee.)

2. Refund or exchange for products with non-quality problems

Non-quality problems include: the wrong size you choose, the style you don't like, etc.

Refund or exchange process: Customers need to contact our customer service to obtain a return address. Choose a shipping company that provides a tracking number, and provide the tracking number to our customer service after the goods are shipped. Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the refund or exchange based on our return conditions.

Notice: 
-A returns label is not provided. Customers must bear the cost of returning the product (except in special circumstances - see above for details).
-Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

Warm tips: To avoid the unnecessary trouble of exchanging, we suggest that every customer confirm the size and style carefully before placing the order. If you still have questions about the size, please consult our customer service team. Our service team will provide you with detailed instructions.

High Return Activity Policy :
We do our best to keep returns easy for everyone—but frequent returns can make it harder to offer great service.

Customers with 3 or more returns within 60 days may be charged a 30% restocking fee on future returns.

Purchasing and returning multiple sizes or colors of the same item repeatedly may also trigger restocking fees or return restrictions.

We reserve the right to temporarily limit return eligibility for accounts with excessive return activity.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within approximately 2 to 5 business days after we receive your return. Usually, refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take longer time to arrive.

1. The shipping back charges are non-refundable.
2. Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
3. Except for quality issues, special merchandise does not participate in the return policy.
